Delivery
Currently, delivery is only offered within the UK.
We aim to dispatch your order within two working days from the order being placed. Orders will then usually take around 3 working days to be delivered (depending on Royal Mail services in your area).
The postage price for your order is based on the total cost of your order. From 7th September 2023 these costs are as follows:
Orders up to £30: £2.65 postage
Orders over £30: Free postage
Our standard delivery is by royal mail 2nd class and packages may need to be signed for. For orders over 2kg an alternative courier may be used.
Returns
We always hope that you are delighted with everything that you buy. However, if you are not happy with your order we offer no fuss returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Please check over your order when you receive it. If there is anything you need to return simply get in contact using the contact form or email info@athenafabrics.co.uk detailing your order number and which item(s) you would like to return. We will then provide you with return details.
Items should be returned in their original, unused condition (including any tags if applicable). We will be unable to refund if items are not in their original condition so please don’t wash, cut or sew your fabric before you check it over.
Return delivery is at your cost and we recommend your items are returned via tracked delivery to make sure they reach us safely. Your refund will be issued within 7 days from the receipt of your returned items. Please note that we cannot refund delivery charges unless your entire order is cancelled and returned.
We reserve the right to return your goods to you if these have been used.
Faulty Item Returns
We try and check over everything before it is sent out. However, mistakes do happen. If you have a fabric that arrives faulty, firstly please accept our apologies. Please contact us with a photo of the fault and we will make it right! Usually, we will either cover the cost of returning the item to us or send you a replacement.
